What’s in it?

  • 50g red beans
  • 15g mixed bashed up nuts
  • 15g mix between spinach and kale
  • 75g tomatoes
  • 80g grated carrot
  • 45g grated purple cabbage
  • 55g red pepper
  • One inch of grated turmeric root
  • Three fat cloves chopped garlic

Juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of mustard, dash of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper mixed together.

Mix every together and eat with a nice big glass of water

Note: veg may change day to day depending on what’s fresh and cheap!
