All the other nutrients you need for half a day
What’s in it?
- 50g red beans
- 15g mixed bashed up nuts
- 15g mix between spinach and kale
- 75g tomatoes
- 80g grated carrot
- 45g grated purple cabbage
- 55g red pepper
- One inch of grated turmeric root
- Three fat cloves chopped garlic
Juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of mustard, dash of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper mixed together.
Mix every together and eat with a nice big glass of water
